The house is fully equipped for seven guests with linen available for hire, and we employ a cleaner who will come in on your departure. It is centrally heated and double-glazed (apart from the kitchen). There is a well equipped kitchen including a washing machine, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.
The lounge has a panoramic sea view looking over to St. Mawes and Pendennis Castles.
There is a colour television, DVD player, video recorder and cd-player/radio.
Garage and ample parking on the drive.
