Travel by road via the M5 motorway motorway and A30 or A38; turn off the A390 St. Austell to Truro road on to the B3287 road to Tregony. Then take the A3078 (St. Mawes road) and 2 miles further on fork left for Veryan and Portloe, turning left at the T-junction for Portloe. On arrival, you are assured of space in the private Cornish hotel car park.Regular train services from London Paddington to St Austell.
